About me
I am a fully qualified counsellor and psychotherapist and am an accredited member of the BACP. I have experience working both short term and longer term with clients, either online or in-person. I have worked in a number of different counselling settings and also in private practice.

I am an integrative counsellor, primarily person-centred in my work, but also drawing from other modalities including CBT, psychodynamic therapy, pluralistic psychotherapy and somatic therapy.

I have worked with a range of issues including shame, anxiety, depression, bereavement, anger, relationship issues and low self-esteem. I also have experience working with spiritual issues, fertility and miscarriage, and overwhelm or burnout.

Areas of Interest
Alongside my areas of experience detailed above, I am interested in work involving the sense of self - who we really are and what life is like for us. I am currently developing my practice by learning more about somatic therapy, including an online training, Yoga and Somatics for Healing and Therapy.
